The Challenge

Just off the North Service Road in the Mountainside area of Burlington, Nav established herself as the go-to wellness lounge. She immediately was faced with the task of nearly tripling her client base to cover her expenses and margins.

This is where the challenge started to become apparent: Nav did not have the proper infrastructure in place to build and scale a following beyond word on month, nor was she able to capture the amount of bookings needed to meet her desired revenue goals.

Immediately, we understood that her current way of operating had to be to automated. She needed to evaluate and choose a robust system for her booking and transaction process, an online presence to funnel both organic and paid leads into her booking system, and a systemize strategy to attract new clients, consistently.

Results

The results where astonishing, yet expected. Nav had an amazing service offering and brand potential. We began by tapping into her loyal client base to get her to over hundred 5-star reviews in order to bolster up her organic marketing approaches to be more effective.

Next was connecting her Jane.app to her website which allowed for a streamlined web-to-lead funnel for capturing new clients and bookings.

And lastly, leveraging social media marketing and managing her Google Ads campaign, she now operates a fully functioning business that requires very little refinement.
